I feel for you binny,

I get similiar e-mails from my mum. And I am so f###in tired of them. And whats even worse they are chain letters. Angry Devil

I am glad I took the courage and told my mom to stop sending me them, and she agreed to.

What's more, even if the chalk magically stayed up in the air or something else miraculous, every time he tried to shatter it, even if it was every single time - that still wouldn't evidence God, because it could just as easily be a super powerful alien doing it as God. It could even be a super powerful alien pretending to be the Christian God. And in fact, this is more likely than God, because aliens evolve, they actually have an explanation - evolution. God is just a big gigantic miracle... God is the ultimate miracle(well he would be if he existed) - he's just 'there' or exists 'outside time' or 'created himself' even, all completely unexplained. It being an alien pretending is actually much more probable than "God".

So then how would you know it really was God then Evie? And which god? What would you need in order to be able to narrow it down to any god?

God as in any supernatural creator of the universe.

And I have no fucking idea lol! It may be completely unfalsifiable and unprovable as you say! Does that mean I'm going to believe without evidence? No.

The fact I don't know of how there could even be evidence or not, doesn't mean I'm just going to believe lol.

Nah! come on now Evie - thatz a dodge. You go on about if there were any real evidence you'd believe straight away... then asked for examples of acceptable evidence you can't think of any!!!

Come on now Godless boy - stump up or shut up!

I don't need to know of what the evidence would be in order to not believe!

I need to know the evidence first to believe, non-belief is the default. I can't currently think of anything, but I do not believe that God is impossible or that evidence for him is necessarily impossible.

God is hard to falsify! Lmao, so it makes it extra hard to know what the required evidence would be. But if someone somehow produces something that in fact does show that God is more likely to exist than not, then that would be evidence and I'd believe.

Darn you're full of horseshit Evie! Yours is the positive statement that you'd believe in God if you had hard evidence of him. So now when asked what that hard evidence would be you're unable to give any answer at all. Do you even have any idea where you'd start looking to verify that evidence? What about the bible? What about my God? Maybe I could help you out here.

What if you became pregnant and your kid started making dead people come alive, and walked on water and stuff.. would that convince you that God existed?

As I said:

I disbelieve by default. If God was demonstrated, if he was evidenced, I'd believe. I don't need to currently know what that would - or even could - be beforehand!

No, that wouldn't convince me because an alien could have triggered the bizarre pregancy and pretended to be Jesus. That, for instance - would be more probable than God existing and him having a son, or also being in human form as well as being a supernatural creator. Aliens are almost certainly always more probable than God, because they have an explanation - evolution.

And much more likely than that is simply something like...: Hallucination. For instance.

You're still avoiding the question. What would convince you? It sounds like nothing would, so your insistence on evidence seems pretty hollow.

Stump up!
