No, the thread was never hijacked. It started out as shit.

Is there an echo in here..?

(Nah, it's probably just great minds think alike Wink )
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

You got it wrong.
Nothing to do with blind faith in evolution.
It is rather blind faith in blind chances in which someone born as a worm and somebody else as a human being.
This negate the fact that to build up the consciousness that allow any creature to develop into something more evolved it takes a lot of time and a lot of reincarnation.
So if you believe in evolution you can not believe at the same time in blind chances.

Okay, there needs to be a rule about this? If we can ban pornography in general forums, we can ban other pictures that are likely to induce a strong physical reaction. At the very least, this should be within hide tags with a warning.

It is a waste of time banning this or that.
The problem with some people is that they lower their consciousness to the level of cockroach so along their calvary they will drop excrements all over the place.
They just can't help themselves.Angry

Organisms are what they are because of their ancestors so I am unsure at what you are getting at here.

I don't think you know what the word "fact" means.

Blind chances still do happen. That meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs etc was a blind chance if it had missed we would'nt be having this conversation.

Where has my post gone?

What do you mean "someone born as a worm"?

Please read a science book. Please.
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.
