Ok, I'm officially calling troll on this guy. He started a thread asking, to be fair, a perfectly valid question, to which several of us responded and provided information. Clearly he has zero interest in answering his own questions. I'm done with you, troll. I leave you to the tender mercies of the wolfpack. Let the feeding frenzy commence.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

'atheism believes that there is no god or gods' based on lack of evidence. is this a common doctrine of atheism?

ok prophet?

this thread proves that the atheist religion has doctrine based on something that they don't know

"we do not believe in a god or gods based on blah blah"

your an idiot because you do not know nor does mankind have the technology and level of sophistication to test and prove such an idea about a god or gods

It is not a doctrin. The definition of a doctrin is a set of rules that is given in order to be part of the institution that gives that rules. Such as the papacy (institution) gives rules (doctrins) for catholics who have to follow those to be recognised by the papacy as catholic.

Not believing in a god or gods is not a doctrin but a requirement to be an atheist because there is no such thing as an atheist institution with a hirachy that gives laws which decide who can and cannot be an atheist.

I explained to you that there is no doctrin in atheism and pointed out why it is so.

If you cannot deliver a counter argument which debunks my definition of doctrin I must asume that you are just a fool who doesn`t care about answeres.

Actualy. The members of this forum who are atheist explain why they are atheist.

And does that really make me an idiot??????

Do you know how life came to be?

I am humble enought to admit that I dont know, you are the arrogant fool who pushes the question arround behaving as if you have an answere

Labels are not evil things to be despised. In fact, one cannot describe anything without using a label. Even person or human are labels. Embrace the labels, and you will be less angry at the world.

labels are fine its the definitions of them that sometimes bother me, i should have been more clear in that thanks for taking what i said out of context,

"we do not believe in a god or gods..." "we believe in a god or gods..." is the same statement, the truth is that you don't know so why do you have a belief, and that is my problem with both atheism and religion, not the label itself

and as for me pushing around like i have the answers?? that's ridiculous think about it, my argument is that i do not know...
