About to eat lunch. Need to find something on youtube to amuse me while I do so.

I watched some recent episodes of Have I Got News For You.

Plotting with my coworker for our office Xmas decorations contest. Must stop at the store on the way home tonight to pick up some stuff. We're turning our cubicle into a giant gingerbread house. Big Grin

That was my experience with PF too.  I actually beat it for good by deliberately taking slow (but initially painful) steps that stretched out the fascia, rather than taking it easy on the foot.

When it was really sore, though, resting the arch on a small ice pack was quite soothing.

You were able to beat it? I've had it for nearly ten years now, maybe I should revisit this with my doc if it's possible to fix it.

You plot against coworkers, not with.

Have I taught you people nothing?

Yeah, we broke the chicken's spirit in the end...
It's amazing how easy they talk after just 5 seconds in a deep fryer!
But we did get all the dirt on Trump's Russian collusion ... so it's death wasn't in vain.

I had a wing and a thigh ... lovely.

Once suffered the tendency for recurrence never goes away, especially if one is in the upper age bracket Sad
