To the people and government of Mexico - I apologize in advance for anything that I may or may not do while a guest of your country.

Be careful. Mexico is one of the least safe nations in the world.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

Kind of depends on where on goes and what one does. I've been going once or twice annually for decades.

Me too. I go to Mexico a ton. It's a little scary, but gringos are probably the last people who have to worry. Their beef isn't with us.

Possibly. I've only covered most of the Pacific coast from Mazatlan to Acapulco. One of these days I need to hit the Gulf coast and Yucatan.

No. If you have money, they'll go after you and if you fail to pay for a ransom, they'll send you back the person in pieces.

I don't have money, nor does anyone in my family. You appear to be implying that these kidnap-for-ransom events (which have happened) are far more common than they are in reality.

With one hundred thousand dead, it's a lot more common than you're pretending. Though, they've gotten better at who they decapitate on the side of the road...they've been instances when they pulled over a caravan and let the people go when they could not find a person of interest....other times, they just killed the poor souls.
