what is a god?
I have been wondering lately. Around here you see theists claim god is this or god is that, and often they will contradict each other and we spend a lot of time on that. However tonight I began to wonder what exactly is a God? Because until we answer that then how can we make any claims as to what it is and is not. I have a feeling some may refer to something like William Lane Craig's maximally great being, but even that doesn't serve as it is like say the biggest number is infinity, all I have to do to come up with a bigger number is day inifinity plus 1. So what constitutes a god?

You won't get a straight answer. I've asked this of almost every theist who asks me why I don't have a religion. None of them had an answer.

Half the reason I do not religion is because it does not give straight answers.

What happens when the human mind encounters an error and needs to close.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
