I'm so short and height probably matters. I've never slept in a bed with a guy but I curl up on my friend Becky's stomach all the time. I imagine it would be no different sharing with a guy.
My missus and I don't sleep-cuddle. She gets uncomfortable, and we're both 'thrashers'. As we're both tall (I'm 6'4", she's 5'11"), we use a double queen-sized bed to keep from pummeling one another.
