Which reminds me that I recently saw a facepalm documentary on tv about American hunters wanting to shoot a Bigfoot.

Had to look that one up too. Well, we have all kinds of mythological creatures. Not so much from the animal realm but rather from the world of fairies and such.

But Australia had some interesting real life wildlife too, before the first Brits were shipped over there.

The flying scorpions are probably the most dangerous here in Australia.
The native bee can also be dangerous.
Relatively harmless individually, the Australian native bee can kill a man if he is stung seven or more times simultaneously by seven bees....or more.
Then there's the wheelbarrow slug.
It's the very reason why no one here sleeps under the stars.

Well, I finished the semester. I took 15 hours.... Chemistry, precalculus, music theory, sight singing/ear training, and an education class.

I made all As. I am so fuckin happy about keeping my 4.0 that I don't care if I sound like I'm bragging. I worked damn hard at that..... It's not because I'm smart, lol.

Success! It was a hard semester emotionally but if I can do that I can do anything.

Next on the agenda, I fly home to Colorado tomorrow. I am excited and nervous about the flight, and about seeing my family. And about seeing my middle school bestie who I have feelings for..... I would like to come out to her sometime during the visit, and maybe she feels the same way....?
