Nvidia GTX 660 on my desktop, and whatever a Surface Pro 3 has (probably Intel integrated).

I don't play many PC games with the way my hands work. I'm primarily a console player. I am excited to see what Valve releases for a controller in March from the POV of accessibility. So far, I'd say the 360 controller and Dual Shock 4 are the best I've tried so far. The Xbox One controller isn't as good as I was hoping. The D-pad being recessed hurts, as do the shoulder bumper buttons. I'm not a fan of the way the sticks feel, either.

I'm going to recommend these at work. We don't have many CAD files we have to deal with above 100 MB, but almost all of them are 50+ and slower than cold molasses!

Of course, they'll never spring for anything approaching decent tech, but I'm gonna recommend them anyway.

I've got a gtx titan. The main reason for getting it was for the 6gb of VRAM. It comes in handy for games like fallout when you've got a lot of texture mods. My CPU is a 4770k running at stock speeds but I'm planning on water cooling it eventually. The best investment I've made with my computer setup though has to be my 32 inch BENQ 3200PT monitor. 2560x1440 is a beautiful thing. Big Grin

Or ever, since they're probably throwing some form of massively-parallel processing at anything they work on.

I've got a GeForce 580GTX in my desktop and a 970GTX in my laptop.

If hes rendering 3d effects, or videos then he might just be using a rendering node. Its not very hard to set something like that up, you just need a several computers connected on a network thats fast enough to give you the performance gain.

I do know that he was involved with the Condor distributed processing project when he was doing his masters in computer science at Uof Wisc, Madison.
Personally, I have no clue if that is connected and wouldn't understand the explanation if I heard it.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh
