I suppose women becoming slaves means being a sex slave for the rest of your life while your master is still entitled to "punish" you if you disobey. This is sickening.

Haha I knew that was gonna wind you up. I agree with you, I'm somewhere on the democrat end of the scale, and I don't think being PC is going to stop anyone from interpreting the Quran in such a way as to justify children playing with heads in the street (not hyperbole).
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:
