Do you have the right to be an atheist?
RE: Do you have the right to be an atheist?
I have read the quote, and it made no logical sense. Maybe if you read the quote from a different perspective, you would encounter my confusion.

I recommend you read "A Beginner's Guide to Mathematical Logic" By Raymond Smullyan. It is a great book into the proper use of logic.

Just substitute "moron" for "crook" and the parallels are uncanny.

Ahh yes, the one that takes advantage of the flock. If I did not have morals, I would probably take advantage myself.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

That's odd.All of you guys doesn't seems to understand the quote.

Perhaps if someone pointed out as to which specific part in the quote they find confusion in i could further describe it.

@Mr.Wizard , Sounding like a moron and being a moron are entirely different things.I can't prove that i don't sound like a moron to you.You win.

Stimbo asked you the question a few times already, what burden of proof could an atheist possibly have? They are not making a claim, so what would they have to prove.

Is it just me or is it becoming ever more clear that pfool is actually a garden-variety apologist missionary and not an agnostic at all?

The answer to that question is in the quote.

What you wrote is incoherent so if there is an answer coded in there it isn't worth anyone's bother to reach back into that turd swamp and pull it out.
