By birth defect do you mean they might have little people too?

I voted no. For the most part I feel people should be able to do what the want if it doesn't hurt anyone, but typically there is a sexual relationship that goes a marriage and inbreeding creates additional opportunities for birth defects. So such a practice would be harmful any potential children from such a union.

If two consenting adults want to schudlypoop behind closed doors then let them. So C with the caveat of no kids, but I think that bearing children should be regulated.
