Apparently they took prayer out of church I guess. Who'd have known? Guess God isn't welcome anywhere anymore.

Yup, I loved school. I always did well in class, hardly ever got into trouble, got to see my friends, etc.

The 'prayer out of school' thing is so dumb. Why does prayer need to be led by an adult? What's stopping a student from praying at lunch? Recess? Study hall?
I mean, I know it's a dog whistle for "We're not indoctrinating our youth in the one true religion in public schools, and as a result bad things are happening! It has nothing to do with poverty, or anything else real!" But it bugs me because there's literally 0 thought behind it.
