It takes a really dedicated person to turn the positive message of "report the crime" into a scathing condemnation of victims, lol.
No one's, really, surprised though..are they? As soon as you saw the username you knew what was about to go down, right? This shit, mild in comparison to his many repeated statements regarding..well, every other topic...ever.

There could be an unknown number of underlying reasons why someone doesn't report being raped for days, weeks, months or even YEARS. They include:

actually it is. occasionally you get a snow flake as you claim to be, but it is far more likely that some nut job 1/2 way want to have sex or thought they would get more out of it (cosby) but got left holding the bag/walk of shame one night stand, then decide they can cash in later because again while you can prove the act you can not prove intent. Which again is where time comes in. Given enough of it (say 5 years) if it is not reported by the consent either pre, during, or after the act (by your own inaction) is given.
In action in the face of evil is the same as permission.
Did you never ask yourself what about the next girl? Or what if the last girl had said something... would you have been raped?
