I'm a bad parent too.
We play the card game "bullshit" with our kids. We've gotten the occasional "fuck you" from them when they lose too.
It's actually quite funny. They know there's no love in cards.

I dunno about Poca, but I find it very satisfying when I can tell someone to rightly fuck off. Does it accomplish anything? Sure! It made me feel better.

Swearing in Portuguese sounds much harsher than a simple "fuck off".
And, if you want to make it sink in better, you can use the second person of the plural, which is seldom used and largely considered archaic in spoken language.
Not only do you tell the other person that you know the language, but you also send them off in style.
E.g. ide-vos todos para o caralho!
(Not sure if Google translator can handle this, but feel free to try)
