Right.  That political hack Bannon - who has zero relevant military experience - being installed in a position on the NSC that effectively outranks the CJCS - a four star general.

This is absolute batshit insanity, folks.

Just because he can fire her doesn't mean he should have. What's your argument for why he should have?
It doesn't matter what anybody thinks. Trump's the president. He has that right. Any arguing against it isn't going to change anything. Many of us didn't like Barack Obama but we were stuck with him for eight years anyway. The Republicans won, the democrats lost. Trump's in the White House. All the arguing back and forth isn't going to change that. You're stuck with Trump like we were stuck with BO.

He's a president not a king. If my President does something that I do not agree with I'm going to say something. Don't pretend the Republicans rolled over and let Obama do whatever he wanted just because he was POTUS... far from it, actually.

I said earlier that she was refusing to do her job so it made sense she was fired, but now I understand that it's quite the opposite; it's the AG's job to inquiry into whether what they are enforcing is proper, and legal. The next AG, Sessions, even said so in Yates' confirmation hearings back in 2015. So, from that point of view, she was fired for doing her job correctly; she enforces and follows the law and the Constitution. If the POTUS asks the AG to enforce something deemed improper, they should take a stand, just like she did.

"Trump's the president" ain't a good enough answer, sorry. Nobody should stand for that sort of response, no matter who sits in the Oval Office. "[x] is the president, doesn't matter what anybody thinks" is how you get a tyrant.

Jesus A hole can your tunnel vision is spectacular

1. Yes it does matter it's the responsibility of citizens to hold there leaders to account . wither they have the right to do something or not . And yes it is effective if anyone taught us that it's you idiots.

2. Republican did nothing but criticize Obama during the last 8 years. Hell you made  front page news over what condiment  Obama likes  on a burger. And must have been hallucinating the 8 years of Rush Limbaugh and Glen Beck going into some insane incoherent rant about FEMA camps and Fake birth certificates and Obama being the fucking anti Christ. And playing more scenes of Nuremberg rallies then the fucking history channel .I must have been dreaming about the morons dressed like rejects from Hamilton screaming about watering trees with peoples blood .

3. And for the last time this has nothing to do with parties if it did then why are so many republicans pissed at Trump

4. Are seriously comparing Obama a moderate conservative by reasonable standard . To a man so extreme Dick Cheney is telling him tone it down .

So enjoy the next 2 years of Donald Dump it's going to be loud motherfucker

Not waiting for 1 year or two years. The fact that Trump put a conspiracy nut that close to intel proves he is unfit. Now this. The only right thing now is to demand he step down or impeach his ass.

I'll say this for Trump: he single-handedly might prove to be responsible for the largest midterm election turnout in history.

I actually heard someone on TV try to defend this move by pointing out that Bannon had been a Navy officer, as if that gave him the bona fides to sit in at this level.

At least the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Director of National Intelligence will 'get to' sit in when their experience is considered relevant.  Rolleyes

Insanity, indeed.

Which'll probably be five minutes after Bannon realises that unilaterally declaring on China & the EU is a bad idea; which'll be about half an hour after the cabinet relocates to Nome.

If he bothers with an election, any results which don't return a Republitraitor will be deemed invalid and anti-American.
