How would you recommend one go down a few pant sizes

Just a couple of points I'd like to add that I haven't read on here yet.
Firstly, cut out processed foods. Stop buying things in packets or boxes and eat fresh.
Secondly, when you exercise, make sure you get your heartbeat up and keep it there for a while.

Really random, I know. But I'm somewhat overweight and could stand to lose a few lbs. My goal is to go down 2 pant sizes by Fall.

Well there's an easy way and a proper way. The easy way is to cut off size tags of garments in the size you want and stitch them onto your pants. The proper way has already been divulged, eat less; exercise more.
