So, after finally learning how to ride a bike (sorta) I had my first wipe out.



There are two lumps. The one closest to the bottom of the picture is my actual ankle bone. The one that appears above it is the 'goose egg' bruise making it impossible to do more than hop on one leg leaning on a broomstick at the moment.
