I personally just like that there's some good news. There's so much bad news in the news that it's nice to have something happy to follow. For us Brits, there is also the appeal that this baby will one day be our King or Queen!

Also, this is so close to home for me. Another future monarch is about tonbe born at my local hospital. That's kinda cool.

Who is pregnant? Is this royal baby the child of Charles or one of his boys? (Isn't Charles old for this?) What is the baby to be's place in the batting order for the throne? Why does England still have a monarch?

The Dutchess of Cambridge is pregnant. The baby will be second in line to the throne. Britain still has a Monarch because modern Monarchs are awesome.
