No of course not. I get mad when we have a meeting and you are not on time. I would also expect that you apologize for your delay.
In our culture it is considered rude to let someone wait.
I also like rules.


But it is really true that I don't like our national drink (beer).

Lederhosen are typical Bavarian but not typical German and only Bavarians like Bavaria. The rest of Germany hates Bavaria and always make jokes about Bavarians. Bavarians call us Northern Germans Fischköppe (fish heads).

That's okay. I expect the same when someone is late.

Around here it approaches profanity to bad mouth beer .. but honestly .. I only like it on a warm day outside. But that's okay since I'm not a fish head.

But I like to make fun of prejudices. Some of them are so silly. I learned in an American late night show that we love David Hasselhoff. I didn't know it before and I am sure that many young Germans don't even know who David Hasselhoff is.
