Firstly, welcome to the forums!

To answer your question, if you disobey the rules the staff team will issue you with a warning (in increments of percent). If you reach 50% your posts will be moderated for a week, 75% and you get a 3 day posting suspension, and 100% you are banned for 2 weeks.

Different types of rule violation result in different levels of warning points. Warning points you obtain (none hopefully!) decrease as time goes on.
