A child's features, a kittens, a puppies, lambs, a calf's and most any mammal infant should inspire sympathy, not an urge to stick your dick in it.

The repulsiveness of being considered a possible paedophile prevents males seeking contact with kids. I haven't sat down and imagined the best ways to undermine a society, but this would have to rate high.

Depends on the age you refer to as a "kid." 10 and under? Probably not. But I think that if you're over 10 and are willing to do it, I don't really see anything wrong with it.
