You've all probably come across a lot of stuff said about the year 2012 and earth changes and so on. I'm not really sure what to make of it myself and I wondered what the general concensus here is about that.

What are you referring to specifically?

Okay, maybe I should ask: what specifically do you have interest in when it comes to the 2012 "phenom"? World ending? Pole shift? Flying monkeys?

Personally, I'm going to be sad to see it go - I knew a guy who was interested in that whole deal and I used it as a cheesy excuse to jump his bones. Better get crackin' before the world ends and all that jazz. Unfortunately, my more recent associations with people of much more skeptical natures killed this wonderful ice breaker.

I don't have anything specific in mind at present. I was just wondering what the concensus here was about 2012, and what people thought of specific aspects of it.
