Congratulations on being exceptions. It really doesn’t change my daily observations for the last 8 years. I recently talked to an outlier actually. 84 and still running his car sales business.
These octogenarians don't actually run the country. They (historically) have surrounded themselves with well-regarded experts, who actually do. One recent exception tended more towards criminals and syncophants.
Almost 67 year old here. A week before my birthday this summer I will have been at my job for 4 years. Apparently not unemployable. Generalizations are so much fun and accurate, aren't they?
If you say so. But it's my direct experience as someone who tracks down assets professionally. There are certainly exceptions, but people who are 75+ should not be running countries.
People who are 65+ are basically considered unemployable in this country. (I'm a debt collector, we barely even try at that age.) But they're exclusively running this country. This is a problem no matter what side you're on.
