It's possible, but not likely. General opinion among the legal beagles is that she hasn't done anything that would disqualify her.

Is it the case that there would be a mistrial over FW's behavior? I'm not seeing how the situations are connected except in the fevered imagination of the defendants and their mouthpieces.
