* Violet barely restrains herself from punching napoleon... there is no room for being a sissy when there is a large and loud group of people mocking someone you love openly, and jeering at her sexuality, threatening her with authorities and violence, and even laughing at her hyperventilation and crying... which is when Vaeolet finally snapped. That murder didn't occur is a result more of Vaeolet's intense defensive instincts than of her restraint.

No... I'm not going on about it right now. I've never witnessed anything so despicable in my life, and I've spent every moment since being as supportive and sympathetic and helpful as I know how... and I'm not sleeping today, because I intend to get her to her class at 9:30 and to be there for her as much as is possible.

Anyway... tonight started out wonderfully, and was roughly perfect by 01:00. And then it went from a fantastic day to the worst day of my life... and most of it was not directed at me but my girlfriend.
