Can Interestingness be Forced or is it Natural?

I hear some people just using the word "import" in these situations, which is sufficiently unusual for me. I like it (but importitude is good, too. Just ever heard it).

I swear, there needs to be a thread on the future of the English language. Not that I'll be around in 300 years, but it'll be interesting to see how Americans and English and others speak.
