Is all of afghanistan really worth fighting over? I don't think so. Protect only the things you want out of the place, and shoot anyone that tries to get into that area. There is no good reason they would be there Tongue Fighting over a territory that isn't "yours" and that you don't even intend to annex is... really stupid.

Shoot the people making the contract with you... you already have control over the relevant area. If they claim to own it: shoot them. Now you own it.

Contracts are only relevant so long as the people holding the contract see good reason to continue doing so.
