I'm happy for you if you are happy for you.

Is it mine? If not, then ... well, damnit. The fact that I never got to have sex with you likely limits that possibility. Damnit. (Hehe.)
Seriously, congratulations to you and your husband. I'm very excited for you! I saw on Facebook recently that Catholic_Lady is also recently pregnant. Perhaps we can talk her into returning, so y'all can talk about the process. And I'm sure the moms here on the forum will have great advice for you, when it gets rough... because it most likely will, at times. We all wish the best for you!! (My second child was born in January, and I'm still basking in the glow of that new life.)
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
The results are in.
LFC...you ARE the mother! ![]() Congratulations!
Thank you to everyone for your kind words, support, and well wishes! I love you guys so much! [emoji8][emoji8][emoji8]

Yes, my first pregnancy was quiet enjoyable until the kidney stones reared their ugly heads, but it all worked out. It's funny how you can so easily forget all the pain and suffering once it's over and done with. I truly think it's an evolved trait ensuring that human women have more then one offspring during the course of their fertile years! [emoji12]

My first was conceived on the first try, and this one on the second. I guess I am what they call a "fertile Myrtle" [emoji39]
