My jaw just about hit the floor when I read that. I'm sure it would be carried on one of those huge vessels that transport large yachts but they make it sound like they were planing to actually tow the thing across the ocean. That wouldn't work out very well.

I love how they call this thing an "educational vessel." I guess that's true if you're trying to educate people about human stupidity.

I want to see how that scow handles heavy seas, preferable in shallow enough water so I can dive it when it sinks.

You may be luck.  Doesn't sound as if it has much chance of making it out of Oslo harbor.
