I have a question. What about if a post is both a tagged thread that's automatically at the top and over 30 days old. Specifically I wanted to post in the 'can Trump win' thread, which is automatically at the top and requires a necropost. Shouldn't those automatically be put in the normal forum or open to necroposting?

I always figured sticking it was an attempt to consolidate the 20,000 donald trump threads.
