Hmmmmm, (scratching 3 day old beard stubble, left elbow resting on desk), whatya mean? Chemist as in manufacturing specialty chemicals. Deal with almost every element on the periodic chart, which you SHOULD remember from Chem 101, right??

OK, sorry Losty, first lesson in biochem- ALL fruit has fructose, the most evil form of sugars. Only way you can get out of this big trouble you got into is to say the pineapple was mashed by hand, not a blender/processor, which would have destroyed all the fiber structure. Fruit sugar is not "natural" once it has been blended/ground to smitherines........."Natural" is not good enough.

Too much! I get it now- guilt free. But, I confess (not to a priest, though), I do eat occasional junk food. Small portions though. Hey,  the great Mark Twain said "We are all hypocrites".
