Why was Michael Jackson stigmatised so harshly?

I'm not sure that's likely, but it IS possible. I see where Aractus is coming from.

Unfortunately, it's exactly that kind of head-in-the-sand attitude that allows abuse, sexual or otherwise, to go on. "He's such a nice boy, always keeps himself to himself. He'd never do anything like that."
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Worked well enough for Rolf Harris for god knows how many decades...

Yes, just an innocent weirdo who keeps kids clothing hidden away with his bloody sheets...

What do kids clothes with bloody sheets mean though? Does it mean he raped one of them and kept the clothes and sheets?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I think it's a shame that people are stigmatised for things that are outside of their control. MJ got the raw end of the stick when it came to his nose - something that attracted huge stigma his way instead of the way of plastic surgeons responsible for the outcome. Not to mention his appearance overall, unfortunately due to his Vitiligo his facial structure was always going to look strange with pale skin. Perhaps he exacerbated the problems in some ways, but as I've shown above he would have been stigmatised for his face had he had no work done on it at all. And bad surgery on his nose is not his fault, nor is his medical condition.

Well, I didn't have a problem with MJ until I learnt that he liked sleeping with young boys. I didn't give a shit about the plastic surgery or odd behavior otherwise.

That said --

Did you hear Michael Jackson willed his body to Lego?

He wanted to have the plastic recycled ... so kids could still play with him.

I said it isn't likely. But I can understand being cautious about accusing someone of such a heinous thing without extremely clear cut evidence.

Here's my summary of the OP:

Everybody hates Bob because he wears a red tie, but let's ignore the red tie and blame the hatred for Bob on the fact that he wears gold toed socks. As an added bonus this makes more sense if we accept the fact that all Americans have a sock fetish and loathe gold toed socks; therefore, Bob is stigmatized because he wears gold toed socks and not his red tie.

Purely speculative, but founded...
I believe this to be Aractus' attempt to display his anti-Americanism while deflecting the obvious similarities between his own country's immigration policy and that promised by Donald Trump.

I didn't get that sense from his OP at all. I just figured he thought MJ would be an interesting topic to discuss for multiple reasons.

I prefer gold toe socks.

I'm pissed because Costco quit carrying them.

I bet Michael Jackson never wore them.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Jackson's dead.  We have more immediate problems.
