Poke.

Did very well today.

Had 1 Norco around 6 AM, around 10 went and run several errands. Haven't been back long, and I've just had only my second Norco of the day and am feeling pretty well.

Did notice it is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY easier to get out of the pickup instead of INTO it.

Sheesh !! Should have taken ATV !!

Throat still raw, but did do a pillow grab and had a productive coughing spell earlier.

Also, and C/L will love this, must be having a reaction to anesthetic and/or drugs and/or gall bladder malfunction, but my farts today have been fucking deadly. Weird, disturbing and terrifying chemical odor. Unworldly, alien to ANY life form I've ever encountered.

Jesus Fucking Christ, the population has been spared, I've managed to avoid venting nearby any inhabited area, but I've self inflicted one in the house, and 2 in the pickup today.

If any one is curious what the Thetans smelled like being atomic bombed in L. Ron Hubbards volcanos in Teegeeack, I think I have a pretty good idea . . . .

LOL !!

I'm a bit squeamish about incisions and stitches and inflammation, so have been relying on NOT noting oozing, seepage, pain, discharge and exudates from my laparoscopic incisions as indicators I'm doing OK.

Cuz I really don't wanna look . . .

Anyhow, decided to look . ..

oooofda.

Didn't need to see that.

Nosiree, did not need to see that at all.

Part of the procedure for laparoscopic gall bladder removal is to accommodate all the equipment needed to do the job, ones torso is inflated with CO2 to make a little tented area for the equipment.

Apparently your vorlon was profusely inflated.  Even generously inflated.

Indeed.   I have . . . .

STRETCH MARKS !!!!

Panic Panic Panic

Actually, this is hysterically FUNNY !!! No heads up or warning this was something that could happen, Just a surprise there in the mirror when I looked. And even funnier, didn't look at laparoscope wounds !!

I'm so  . . .

embarrassed.

{tee hee}

Man oh man, they itch like hell too!!

Is there a palliative for this, or should I just tough it out as I assume women do after the delivery of their bebbees ??

They're rather unsightly too . . .

Baggie full of ice will help the itching. Chill the incision points as needed. Do not leave the ice on longer than it takes to numb you up.

Just make sure you have equal parts ice and Jack Daniels.

Jack Daniels and Norco is probably a really bad idea . . .

Ice bag sounds nice though.

Thanx !!

I've never heard it called that before.
