Perfect line work.

Maybe you are like my brother. He's been able to do line work like that since he was 8.

Must take talent. No amount of practice would do it for me... I've got shaky hands.

It looks near enough perfect.  Maybe the hands are slightly bigger and the stomach chubbier than sonic usually has but looks near enough perfect anyway.

That probably depends upon the version of Sonic.

This looks like Sonic Modern to me.
