I don't know that this makes them less than human, but something is very wrong with them. That you continue to defend them as if this were not the case makes something very wrong with you.

For starters, you subpoena Mark Judge to appear before the committee.

This. Ty Jor. Sometimes I'm not very articulate. But this is very well put.

So even after that embarrassing display of cowardice and  crocodile tears  from Kavanaugh yesterday and the most spirited attempts by the old white boys club to demonize Ford failed .Beta Fail and his ilk are still cheering the party line .Truly pathetic

Ask him every relevant question pertaining to the allegations. If he sticks to his story, he has merely been inconvenienced.

But there is value in putting an admitted serial blackout drunk under the lights to publicly sweat it out. Sometimes interesting things can result from it.

As for the wording of the poll it does not matter it's what they mean

As for his statement it was a bunch of soft ball questions that he mostly avoided answering or was so vague it was laughable .

If they can determine the night of the party and the location of the house (which likely belonged to the parents of one of the attendees), they have a basis to make a number of determinations. Were the owners of the house really out of town? Were any of the alleged attendees somewhere else that night? And if an FBI investigation can't turn up the day or location, that means they couldn't find credible evidence of the party; that would tend to back up Kavanaugh's claim that the party never happened.

You know, if the FBI finds evidence that supports Ford's story, that supports Ford's version; and if they don't, that supports Kavanaugh's version. Tricky stuff.
