He really dug his own grave on this. His last minute op-ed is just simply a last ditch effort to save face, really.

I don't see justifiable anger as a bad trait at all. Has anybody brought up any instances of uncontrolled behavior on the bench in his career as a judge? Maybe if we could see a pattern of such behavior it should be considered.

Of course not.  You see "Democrat' as a bad trait.  Which makes you ill fit to decide who should sit on the Supreme Court or not.

Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stephens, who once gave Kavanaugh his seal of approval--nixed his approval after his actions in his testimony.  Someone who'll know more about law than you'll ever possibly know in your entire lifetime.

Actually if we preferred emotional drama, we'd have reason to support Trump's nominee.  But we don't.
