However, that WAS that time in New York I had a hotdog------- Dodgy .

Did you know that in Oz,  Burger King is called "Hungry Jacks" , or "Hungry's" for short

McDonalds  is "Macca's", even some of the Golden Arches say "Maccas" I kid you not-------from time to time Macca's tries to make a proper Aussie burger, and fails; they think all they have to do is add a slice of beetroot. Besides, an Aussie Burger MUST be made on a hot plate and served immediately.

Over here it's called a "Kiwi Burger". It's pretty much identical, including beetroot. And yes, beetroot should not be on burgers.

Actually, it is fair to say that KFC proves the existence of a dinner designer because I'm pretty sure that those 11 herbs and spices didn't just blow in the wind and randomly land on a piece of thigh. It's almost as if somebody designed it that way! Crazy, I know.
