I just told you I believe monkeys created the universe. It's implied that they created life on earth as well. And I also admitted I have no support for it.

Well...

At least monkeys can be proven to exist. Universe creating gods, not so much.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

You know that your beliefs would sound absurd because "goddunnit" isn't an explanation. It's shorthand for "Stop thinking." So much easier to snipe when you don't have to defend an actual position.

Quote:Phylogenies are still hypotheses.

As stated, that's a basic, 2nd year biology exercise. You'd best learn this one if you hope to pass your course.

Quote:Species are still poorly defined.

Your opinion has been noted. Interestingly enough, no single definition fits all the different organisms on the planet perfectly. I await your improvements.

Quote:Biologists still distinguish microevolution from macroevolution.

And they recognize that the same mechanisms drive both. You simply can't have one without the other. It's like believing in millions of trees but denying the existence of forests.

And, if you overturned the theory of evolution tomorrow, it would have no bearing one way or other on your monkey creation theory, now would it?

Lying for Jesus is still lying, John.

It is a silly strawman, so why are you the one raising it lol?

Yukon raised it, if you’ve been following along.

BS on that, check my replies, are you new to Sungulas forum?

Well, I guess you would know BS, after all, your shit spreading techniques border on legendary. However, your " nana nana boo boo, stick your head in doo doo" argument is not a valid rebuttal or a resolution of any kind. It does, by the way, paint a clear picture of your rampant mental incompetence.

Just like the rest of the nickel a dozen lunkhead creatards you storm through with your trite, unoriginal twaddle of the ineptitudes of science. There is a tremendous difference though, between what science can explain, and what humans understand about said science. I've mentioned this before; a thousand years ago, not a single solitary human on the planet had any idea of the lifecycle of a star. That did not change the science of the lifecycle of a star. Just like today, if it is actually possible to "bypass" the speed of light, and travel 20 million light-years or more in the blink of an eye, then the science for it already exists, regardless of humanity's inability to comprehend it.

I get it, evolution is scary. If evolution is real, then humans are just another byproduct of it. If humans are just another byproduct of evolution, then humans aren't special. If humans aren't special, then that wish granting magic sky daddy sinks further into obscurity and the land of fairy tales.

@John 6IX Breezy

I wonder how it makes god feel to know that you won’t acknowledge to a forum full of atheists that you don’t believe in him?

RE: The code that is DNA
It may be, but that wouldn't have any bearing one way or the other on those observed phenomena that you, for whatever reason, just can't seem to include in the wisdom of your god.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Seriously? You started this thread, and you haven’t defended a single proposition, nor addressed a single counterpoint of the many that have been raised in 60 some odd pages. Take a lap, Yukon.
