And we have NO carpet in our house. That has done wonders in clearing allergies and asthma around here.

When our house was largely decimated four years ago by the freak hail storm from hell I made sure that no carpet was replaced.  It was a battle with my husband because he wanted carpet put back on the stairs and upstairs.  I let him make most of the decisions regarding the rebuild but stood firm on the no carpet thing.  Best decision ever.
