Sure, I will say something. The JWs are a bunch of fools who willingly drank the cool aid. Last time two JW idiots turned up at my door, I deconverted one of the using nothing but the bible. 

That is how feeble the JW faith really is. 

I have a little more respect for the mormons that rock up. At least they are willing to engage in honest discussion despite their own brand crankery.

But the JW crowd are glassy eyed robots programmed by their community into nothing better than automatons.

If you really believed god gifted you a brain, you might consider using it at least once.

How about random water molecules in vapour self organising into symetrical ice crystals when the temperature drops below freezing point. Does it need a god to shape each individual crystal, and if not why not?

We exist because natural selection conserves mutations that allow successful reproduction and culls mutations that lower the chances of successful reproduction, and ignores neutral mutations that can cause speciation from genetic drift alone. Read a textbook on evolutionary biology would be my recommendation.
