Yes, it is.

I grew up in a Catholic household and spent 12 horrifying years at Catholic school.  I'm pretty fucking familiar with what Advent is - it's the start of the liturgical calendar and marks out the four weeks before Christmas Day (or the last four Sundays before Christmas day, depending).

We have done away with that kind of separation or segregation long ago.
