Concerning the banning of people who are joining to place links to sources outside the forum, honestly what is the harm?

It's not as though I am actively searching all the user profiles to see what kind of content is available there. In relation to the signature links, are these people actually posting on the forum to reveal their linked signatures to us? Because I haven't seen it yet.

Also, locking the peanut gallery concerning the ban hammering? Really? Whose Darwin idea was that?

You aren't the only one here.

The ban log is just that.  It's not a place for debate; it's a listing of actions taken by staff.  Some are in response to reports and some are because we have found someone whose whole intent is to sell something...typically in Russian.

Been working on writing something new. Let's see if I can keep with it or delete it when I figure it's stupid and not worthy of continuation.

When you delete it, do you really delete it? I'm honestly curious, as I would at least keep the stuff I wrote, even if I never published it, as sometimes a turn of phrase might be appropriate, later.

Yes, I actually delete it.

So ready to give my two week notice at this place where I work. They've had plenty of time to get their act together, and nothing has changed. Hopefully, I'll be leaving soon.

Looks as though I'm still staying in Florida; it's simply easier than trying to move out of state. Will be moving away from this area, however. We're considering Sarasota.

Nothing lined up, but it won't be too hard to find a job. CNAs are quite in demand.
