Met this gay aide at work. Surprisingly, in my short time in this field, he's the first gay guy I've met. He's nice, been in the field much longer than me, and we talked a little bit. Being rather introverted and awkward with people I first meet, I hope I did not present a bad first impression.

It's a great feeling when you capture the flow and the words just come flying out.

I've been rping again lately. A friend and I are writing a story about these two guys who are artifact hunters(they look for magical items and stuff and sell them; one's a scholar and the other is a muscular dirtbag) who accidentally get in the crosshairs of a cult that worship one of the Old Ones who lives in the Deep Sea Trenches. A brooding detective who is on the trail of the murderous cult becomes cursed by the mark of the Old One, unknowingly destined to be the vessel for this Eldritch Horror to be born into our world. So the three guys team up to investigate the mystery and stop the cult's plans. With sexual tension mixed in.

Just finished writing chapter two. I like what I'm working on now more than what I had written prior.

Think supernatural post-apocalypse with witches, vampires, an elf and a fox.
