Mississippi pot roast. I need a larger slow cooker. I had to do the potatoes separately because I ran out of room.

Braunschweiger sandwiches. One of my favorite things. I don't make them often because of difficulty spreading the sausage, but it's always a delight.

Two soft boiled eggs and a bowl of pho. Now, I'm sitting here waiting for the heartburn medication to kick in. I'm doing some flooring repairs and kneeling down and leaning over to hammer and chisel the offending article out was pretty miserable.

Fried cabbage with hot Polish sausage. The description 'hot' is appropriate. I'll have to get more while it's available.
I told the story of my first time making fried cabbage as an adult at AD earlier. I used like 2 tablespoons of pepper. It was a bit hard to swallow.
