Yes, I often struggle with this: Should I listen to medical/science professionals with years of education, training and real-world experience, or should I listen to the guys I went to high school with, who all seem to think a biathlon is a threesome with Greek chicks?

It's a fundamental theme of authoritarian populist movements that intellectuals, professionals, elites, and figures of authority are not to be trusted.

It's baked into such movements because that makes it easier for stupid and corrupt leaders to gain acceptance and support for their ideas.

It's all about intentionally teaching people to be stupid so that a certain class of elites can take advantage of them.

Race baiting and shaming Lebron for being a bad influence on black people. Also, Black Lives Matter protesting in support of a number of black women who physically attacked an Asian restaurant worker for requiring vax information and BLM demanding that the victim of the attack be fired from the restaurant. I literally just relayed two news stories without adding much else. If you don't think the Asian woman who was viciously attacked should be fired for asking for vax information like BLM demands should happen, it is confirmed that you hate people with African DNA because you are not falling in line with BLM. And I love how some of you are getting more and more anti-humanist as the days go by, showing your true selves. First unvaxxed people should not be allowed to use hospitals and should be left to die on the sidewalk, and now unvaxxed homeless people should be shunned. You definitely don't just want your political opposition  to die and suffer, right? The people going down this anti-humanistic path need to check themselves, and see how they're going down a slippery slope dehumanizing their political opponents like this.
