How many experts do you want them to consult? If they did it with 100 experts instead of 11, and 63.6 still ended up agreeing that it was gain of function, you'd just claim that they cherry picked scientists who were going to say that. Nothing would ever be good enough for you, because you already decided what your view on the article was going to be before you read it.

Assange's journalism is accurate what, 100 percent of the time? Has it ever been shown that he released fake information? The man is a provider of truth and a hero to those who care about what's true in the world. Those who want the truth swept under the rug so it doesn't harm their side politically, of course, will not like Assange.
