What do you know today that you didn't know yesterday?

Although technically cousins, the boys are genetically brothers. It gets weirder: Both families live together in the same house.

The sad part?

If they get drunk some night and swap - nobody will notice anything different.....

Having dated twin sisters, I guarantee you’d notice the difference.

Identical twins are interesting. When I was in the 3rd and 4th grades we had two sets of identical twins that would babysit for us. I remember the one set was born on Leap Day to make their twinness even more interesting. The other set lived within walking distance of our house. When one of them would be coming up the sidewalk mom would call me to the window to tell her which one it was as I could tell them apart but mom couldn't.

I have an uncle (married into the family) who is an identical twin. They are in their 80s now and still take pictures on their birthday in matching clothes. Funny that in their 30s, 40s, 50s they didn't look quite so much alike but as they got older they looked more and more alike again.

Nope. In succession. Best I could manage.

My sister had three sets of twins in her graduating class.

Two sets of identical, both female. One set of fraternal, male/female.

I had one set of fraternal, male, in my graduating class.

Interestingly, never met a set of twins in my adult life after high school.

My favorite aunt on mom's side has a twin brother.

The doctor who came to the house to deliver the 'baby' was washing up to leave after my aunt was born when my great grandmother ran out of the bedroom and stopped him from leaving 'cause there was another one.

A bit of a surprise, to say the least.

Grandpa renamed his fishing boats The Twins I and The Twins II.

The permit for Trump's January 6th rally expressly stated that it did “not authorize a march from the Ellipse.” That was Trump and his campaign's idea. That could be a big problem in the civil suits.

Today's date (22/02/2022) is both a palindrome AND an ambigram! It reads the same left to right, right to left, and when turned upside down.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
