Tim Maudlin says time is just unidirectional and that's that.

I hold to a growing block model of time.

Essentially, the past and present exist while the future does not.

This includes an objective-collapse model of quantum mechanics with a "flash" ontology. Flashes in the past where the wavefunction became localized are real but inactive.

Time's first mission is to replicate itself. Everything else is just dressing.
