My thread for Charity :) x

RE: My thread for Charity :) x
The issue is that you need to acquaint yourself with the rules. You can still try and prove God exists, although, since you’re a new member (you’ll need 30 posts and 30 days here before you can link to other sites), you’ll need to keep external links to an absolute minimum (read: zero).

I can't prove God exists without telling my story. When they get nervous they will ban me.

Dude, just look at the rules.

You can probably tell your story without messing with the rules. I can’t say we’ll be convinced, but it should be doable.

Of course you can tell your story, as long as you tell it in the appropriate thread. What you can’t do is post videos or outside content (yet), spam, advertise, etc. This is why we keep urging you to read the rules. As I said earlier, if you’re unsure, just ask the Staff (that’s what we’re here for.

Lighten up.

What is in the video that you can't summarize in writing?
"For the only way to eternal glory is a life lived in service of our Lord, FSM; Verily it is FSM who is the perfect being the name higher than all names, king of all kings and will bestow upon us all, one day, The great reclaiming"  -The Prophet Boiardi-

You will be allowed to post videos after you’ve made 30 posts AND been a member for 30 days. You know that thing we keep suggesting you do? You should probably do it.

Ok I am not sure I am allowed to answer. They aren't allowing me to talk Sad

Hi Chris. You seem to be off to a bit of a rough start. If you just read the rules as several people have already suggested, I suspect that your experience here will be a lot more fulfilling.

Since you seem disinclined to, allow me to summarize for your benefit:

If in doubt, ask a Mod. They're the folks in Mod Red.

Your other thread in the Introductions is covered under a special rule that applies to that section only. It helps keep debate out of the intro threads, keeps them pleasant, and keeps them from turning into a load of atheists piling onto the newcomer. That doesn't get good for anybody, so no debate in the intro threads. This, out here [gestures at the wilderness], this is open country. Out here you can discuss pretty much anything so long as it doesn't violate pretty basic common sense rules against. No porn, no threats, no sales, that sort of thing. The full list is covered in The Rules. You're totally free to explain why you call yourself St. Christopher out here.

We also have the 30/30 rule. No posting links or videos until you've been here 30 days and posted 30 messages. It helps keep spammers down.

One thing that isn't mentioned in The Rules is that we're a smallish forum. There aren't a huge number of us around. Drop a message and wait a bit. Somebody will reply if it's even slightly interesting. Usually to argue with you. That said, it often takes some time. This isn't the active type of message board that you might be used to on Discord. If you jump around and talk to yourself, it's going to look pretty spammy pretty quick. That may not be your intention, but it's the vibe you'll give off. Here you'll get a lot more mileage from dropping a single well-thought-out message and wandering off for a few hours to do something else.

Regarding your mission, you aren't wrong. I've seen it myself when I was in Tanzania. It changes your perspective the first time that you see somebody begging for water.

I hope this helps!
